How does TalkerIQ choose which number to call from?
For each outbound call, TalkerIQ looks at the lead's phone number and selects the best-matching caller ID from the numbers assigned to that agent or campaign, preferring an exact area-code match, with sensible fallbacks when none exists.
Is local presence dialing the same as caller ID spoofing?
No. TalkerIQ only dials from real numbers you own in your account, purchased through the platform or imported. Nothing is faked, and the lead can call the number back and reach you. Your agents should still identify your business on the call.
Do I need a number in every area code?
No. Start with numbers in your key markets; TalkerIQ falls back gracefully when there is no exact match. You can add area codes over time as you see where your leads are.
