Sound familiar?

The CRM said we hadn't spoken to the customer in a month. We'd spoken to them three times — it just never got logged.

A phone system that doesn't talk to your other tools creates a second, invisible history — and a daily chore of copying it across. TalkerIQ is a cloud phone system for business with AI voice and SMS agents built in, so business calling, business texting, the AI dialer and AI voice and SMS agents all write to the same place: the tools you already use.

  • Reps spend the end of the day logging calls

Notes typed from memory, outcomes guessed, half the calls never entered.

  • You answer without knowing who's calling

The customer's history is in the CRM; the call is in the phone system. Nobody has both on screen.

  • Bookings live in one place, calls in another

Appointments made on the phone have to be re-entered in the calendar — and sometimes aren't.

  • Reports don't include the conversations

Pipeline and support reports miss the calls and texts that actually moved things forward.

How it works

How do phone system integrations work? Connect once, sync from then on.

What happens when a tool is connected to TalkerIQ — and who does what.

  1. Connect your tools

Sign in to your CRM, calendar or helpdesk from TalkerIQ and choose what syncs. No code for native integrations.

    Your team · minutes
  2. Contacts sync both ways

Contacts and owners flow between TalkerIQ and your CRM, so the right person sees the right caller.

    Automatic
  3. Context on every call

When the phone rings, the CRM record pops up. Click-to-call from the record when you dial out.

    Your team
  4. AI books and summarises

AI agents check real calendar availability and write summaries and outcomes back to the record.

    AI agent
  5. Everything is logged

Calls, recordings, texts, dispositions and bookings are written back automatically — and your team gets Slack or Teams alerts.

    Automatic

CRM

Your CRM finally knows every conversation.

See the caller's record before you say hello, dial from any contact with one click, and let TalkerIQ write the call, recording, AI call summary and outcome back to the contact and deal. Texts land there too. This is CRM telephony integration — the full detail is on the CRM phone integration page.

  • Screen pop with the caller's record on incoming calls
  • Click-to-call from contacts, deals and lists
  • Automatic logging of calls, texts, recordings and AI summaries

Calendar

AI that books real appointments.

Connect Google Calendar and your AI voice agents and AI SMS agent check live availability, offer real times, book the slot and send a confirmation text — without double-booking your team.

  • Live availability from Google Calendar
  • Confirmations and reminders by text
  • Calendly and Outlook for teams already using them

Everything else

Zapier, webhooks and an API for the rest of your stack.

Send call outcomes, AI summaries and text replies to any app through Zapier, trigger your own workflows with webhooks, or build directly on the API. Export call logs and call analytics to Google Sheets when you just need a spreadsheet.

  • Zapier to connect 5,000+ apps
  • Webhooks on call, text and AI outcomes
  • API for custom workflows

One lead, five tools, zero copy-paste

What a connected phone system looks like on a Wednesday.

A B2B sales team runs HubSpot, Google Calendar, Slack and a weekly Google Sheet. Here's one lead's day — and which integration did each piece of work.

  1. A returning lead calls the sales line

Jess's phone rings and the HubSpot record pops up: she owns the contact, they downloaded a pricing guide last week, and the deal is in "Evaluating".

  2. The call logs itself

When Jess hangs up, the recording, AI call summary and her disposition are written to the contact and deal. She doesn't open a notes field.

  3. Slack hears about it

A summary posts to #sales: "Wants a demo for 12 seats, decision this month." Her manager reacts with a thumbs-up instead of asking for an update.

  4. The lead texts a question after hours

"Does it work with Outlook too?" The AI SMS agent answers from the knowledge base and offers demo times from Jess's Google Calendar.

  5. A real booking, not a message

The lead picks Thursday at 11. The event lands on Jess's calendar, a confirmation text goes out, and the text thread is logged in HubSpot.

  6. The weekly sheet fills itself

A Zapier automation has added a row for every call outcome all week. The Friday pipeline review starts from data, not memory.

Native integration, Zapier or API: which should you use?

Most teams use a native integration for the CRM and calendar, then Zapier or webhooks for the long tail.

Reviewed by the TalkerIQ product team · Updated

Which CRMs does TalkerIQ integrate with?

TalkerIQ integrates natively with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Follow Up Boss. Other CRMs can be connected through Zapier, webhooks or the TalkerIQ API.

What gets synced between my phone system and my CRM?

Contacts sync both ways. Calls are logged with duration, recording, AI summary and outcome, and texts are logged on the contact. Deal and contact records can be updated based on conversation outcomes, so the CRM reflects what actually happened.

Do I need a developer to set up phone system integrations?

No. TalkerIQ native integrations are connected by signing in to the other tool from TalkerIQ and choosing what to sync. Webhooks and the API are there if you want custom workflows later.

Can AI agents book appointments directly into my calendar?

Yes. With Google Calendar connected, TalkerIQ AI voice and SMS agents check live availability, book the appointment and send a confirmation text, without double-booking your team.

What if the tool my team uses isn't on the integrations list?

Use Zapier to connect TalkerIQ with 5,000+ apps, or webhooks and the API to send call, text and AI outcomes anywhere. Talk to our team if you need a specific native integration.

Should I use a native integration or Zapier?

Use a native integration when one exists for your CRM or calendar: it handles two-way contact sync, screen pops and click-to-call. Use Zapier for one-way automations to tools without a native integration, such as adding a row to a sheet when a call ends.

Are phone system integrations included in every TalkerIQ plan?

TalkerIQ plans start at $29/user/mo billed annually, and integrations are listed among the features on the pricing page. Ask us about any specific integration or API volume your team needs before you switch.

Can TalkerIQ send call alerts to Slack or Microsoft Teams?

Yes. TalkerIQ can post real-time notifications and AI call summaries to Slack channels or Microsoft Teams, so the team sees hot leads, missed calls or escalations where they already talk.
